How to Order
Once you have chosen the Stationery you require, making a purchase could not be easier, just click on what you want items you wish to buy and put them in the shopping basket personalising with your wording and typefaces as you go along, once you have completed your order the secure checkout button will take you to our secure server to summarise your order, print if you wish, and make your payment and enter your address for delivery.
Once your order has been received we will debit the full amount of the cost of your order from your debit/credit card.

Proofs
We want you to be totally satisfied with your order, and one of the ways we help make sure this happens, is to provide you with complimentary proofs for each and every item that you buy! This means that even after you have placed your order online, you'll have another opportunity to review your work to put your mind at ease. We won't go to print until you've had the chance to review the spelling and layout, making any necessary changes or revisions. If you do have changes, we will happily provide you with a second proof at no additional charge!
When we send the electronic proof of your stationery, you will receive an email with a link to your proof. You also will receive a call to notify you that the email has been sent.
It is strongly recommended that you:
a) Ask two or three others to proof your item before approving for print.
b) Confirm all timings, dates and venues with the relevant parties
Once you have approved your order for stationery and the order has gone off to print, if for any reason you need to change the order in any way there will be a £45 administration fee, if at the time we are able to stop the order before printing or personalisation.
If the goods have already been printed or personalised it will be too late and you will receive the order and the full payment will have been taken from you. You would then be required to pay to reprint the items. If any error occurs and it is not your fault we will be happy to reprint an item free of charge.
Please do not be afraid by the above information but we feel it is only right that any customer knows where they stand, we don’t like silly small print but we do need correct information at time of ordering.
Delivery Schedule
Postage is free for all orders over £50 and £4.99 for those below.
Orders can be delivered to any postal address in the UK. Delivery of stationery items does vary seasonally but it usually takes between 10 to 21 days.
We offer an express service which guarantees delivery within 48 hours of proof approval. There is an additional charge for this of £50.00. Please contact us for further details before placing your order.
If the goods supplied to you are damaged on delivery, you should notify us in writing or by phone within 24 hours.
If you have any complaint about the goods, you should notify us in writing via the e-mail address or post, as soon as possible, but in any event within 7 days of the date of delivery. We will endeavour to rectify any complaint to the best of our ability.
Back Orders
In the exceptional circumstances that your complete order is not available for delivery together any back ordered items to be delivered ASAP without incurring any additional costs.
Tax Charges
All prices shown include VAT where applicable.

All credit card numbers are encrypted by your browser automatically as they are sent to us via a secure connection.
